ALL diets are bad!
Wake up people! No diet is a good diet unless your definition
of a diet is eating everything you've always eaten
IN MODERATION! It will probably take your basic not-that-bright
American another 5 years or so to come to the startling revelation
that eating whatever you want in smaller, moderate portions
and exercising DAILY is the only "diet" you
need. Wait and see...Common sense will be the new "fad"
in 5 years.
Atkins? Low fat? Pills? Stomach staple? Poor, stupid,
Americans!
